What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with your crew to install and maintain landscapes, including planting, mulching, pruning, and sod installation;
- Safely operate hand tools, power equipment, and machinery to complete tasks efficiently;
- Assist with hardscaping projects, including patios, retaining walls, and walkways;
- Follow project plans and instructions to ensure high-quality work and craftsmanship;
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment;
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards to ensure a safe workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated individuals;
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions;
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability;
- Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs. and perform other physically demanding tasks;
- A positive attitude, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn;
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
