Landscaping Production Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all plant health services, coordinating logistics to ensure that crews are well-informed about job priorities, labor requirements, and any changes to the schedule;
- Oversee and manage client maintenance agreements to ensure their expectations are met;
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain high standards of safety and quality workmanship across all job sites;
- Manage all plant services contracts and subcontracts, ensuring successful and profitable performance while promoting water conservation and fostering long-term client relationships;
- Ensure the timely and accurate procurement of materials, subcontractor services, and equipment as necessary;
- Implement and promote effective water management techniques, including programming and maintaining irrigation controllers, as well as overseeing repairs and upgrades to irrigation systems;
- Drive enhancement sales by identifying opportunities for additional services and effectively communicating the benefits to clients.
Landscaping Production Manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED;
- 2-3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and 3-5 years of management; experience required;
- Experience in estimating, budgeting, and scheduling required;
- Knowledge of LMN software preferred, not required;
- Broad knowledge of horticulture and landscape construction;
- Proficient with technology and software;
- Excellent time management, organization, and leadership skills;
- Familiarity with trade tools and equipment.
