As the Shop Mechanic Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting the Shop Mechanic Manager by performing various tasks related to the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery, equipment, and vehicles. This position focuses on ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality service to meet customer needs and company standards.

Responsibilities for the Shop Mechanic Attendant, include:
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment;
- Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance;
- Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals;
- Scheduling and conducting inspections, servicing, and testing machinery;
- Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed;
- Maintaining detailed logs of repairs and maintenance activities;
- Monitoring inventory and notifying the manager to order parts when necessary;
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools;
- Ensuring all work meets the highest quality standards and job specifications.
Requirements for the Shop Mechanic Attendant include:
- 2 years of mechanical experience;
- Proficiency in operating hand and power tools;
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations;
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic;
- Punctuality and reliability;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to follow directions accurately;
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
