Job Requirements and Expectations
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• 2-3 years' experience in the convenience store or retail industry
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction
• Ability to run accurate retail sales and cash register transactions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds to waist and 25 pounds to chest or above
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and Management representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
