Job Title: Primary Care Physician
Location: Naval Health Clinic Lemoore, CA
The selected physician will provide primary care services to patients in the Naval Health Clinic Lemoore Medical Home Port and/or Hornet Health Fleet Centered Medical Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform primary care exams for neonatal to geriatric populations
- Provide preventive and health maintenance care, including annual physicals, positive health behaviors, and self-care skills through education and counseling
- Diagnose and treat urgent and non-urgent diseases and injuries to all body organs and systems of patients
- Prescribe medications as indicated
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Family Practice setting within the past 5 years
- Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in any state
- Board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Family Practice, the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine, or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians
- Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) requirements fulfilled
