About the Role:
Mental Health Treatment Program Development
The successful candidate will develop and implement mental health treatment programs for patients in a detention/correctional setting. This includes assessing and evaluating the mental health status of patients, developing patient treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mental health treatment programs for patients in a detention/correctional setting.
- Assess and evaluate the mental health status of patients, including diagnosing and treating mental health conditions.
- Develop patient treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
- Minimum of one-year experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, at the independent level as recognized in the state licensed, whereby clinical supervision is not required.
