Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have
- Process payments using the cash register or POS system
- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Server or Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of basic math for accurately processing payments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and drink garnishments
- Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (e.g., kegs)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
