Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure project alignment with community needs.
- Mentor team members, promoting professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Monitor project budgets and schedules, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct people management within an engineering or technical environment.
- Proven experience managing private development projects is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve common goals.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Civil 3D software is a plus.
