We are currently seeking skilled Project Managers to join our talented team to oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as necessary.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review status, resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior staff and project team members.
- Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to clients and management.
