Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the facility. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing a positive first impression of the facility.
- Answer phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professionalism
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and concerns effectively.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering as needed.
- Support office management tasks to enhance productivity within the team.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships with resident's, resident's family members, and colleagues.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in LTC with CNA/GNA background is a plus
