About this role
Carrier Commercial HVAC seeks a dynamic and experienced Chiller Engineer / Specialist who will focus on Data Centers clients to join our growing team. The Chiller Engineer / Specialist - Data Centers will focus on air- and water-cooled Chillers and will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and program management to execute the strategy in partnership with our global data center vertical lead.
The Chiller Engineer / Specialist will work onsite in Charlotte, NC .

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement effective go-to-market plans, i.e., messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools
- Work closely with program teams to prioritize, align, and monitor product development
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute the data center product roadmap
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and drive product improvements
- Provide support and training to the sales team on data center products, solutions, and sales processes
- Analyze market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track product performance against goals
