About this position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Claims Technical Support Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in claims processing, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting claim's technical structure and business projects. Creating streamlined experiences within the team's daily processing and positive experience in tools such as Salesforce and Bot creation / maintenance.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Provide detailed analysis as needed to support claim enhancements
  • Investigate and implement streamlined claim processes.
  • Utilize strong Excel, Salesforce, and SAP skills to manage and analyze claims data.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Learn and adapt to new processes and work in different queues as needed.
  • Exhibit process curiosity and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in designing digital tools to streamline processes.
  • Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Work on assigned projects and deliver results promptly.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years of work experience in Customer Service / Claims Department concerning Overages, Shortages, and Wrong Part numbers.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (Domestically)
  • Preferred Qualifications (assets)

  • Ability to learn new processes and adapt to different work queues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately, setting priorities accordingly.
  • Experience with process improvement and suggesting innovative solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Technical skills and experience with digital tools design.
  • Strong Excel, Salesforce, and SAP skills.
  • Relevant experience in insurance, finance, or customer service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
