About This Role
As the Commercial HVAC Solutions Sales Specialist for Modernizations or Controls, you will be responsible for pursuing large opportunities that help our customers modernize their equipment pursuing opportunities for both plan / spec and design / build or direct-to-owner projects.
This role is a great fit for you excel at building relationships, have outstanding customer service and love working with cross-functional teams. This is the ideal role for those that are adept at assessing and understanding both the immediate and future needs of customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities
- Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC
- Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions
- Manage complex multi service solutions proposals
- Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline
- Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity
- Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers
- Establish and build credibility
- Develop and sustain customer relationships
- Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively
- Detect the Customer's buying stage and adjust selling accordingly
- Manage multiple activities all occurring at the same time, organize others and workflow to meet objectives on time
- Anticipate future trends accurately
- Adapts quickly in face pace environment to gain the order / booking in a timely manner
- Consistently achieve sales metrics and annual targets
- Create high quality timely estimates, bids & proposals including detailed cost benefit analysis to support client's business case for investment.
