About this role
The Digital Product Owner role involves overseeing the development and management of digital products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business objectives. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including North American business units (Commercial Service, Rental Systems, ALC Field, Global Enterprise Sales, Applied, Light Commercial, Residential) marketing, IT, and customer service, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
This is a great opportunity for an associate to help us lead Service Transformation and Data Center mega-programs. Technical and data expertise is desired to help us transform our businesses leveraging AI capabilities to drive sales growth and productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and team members
- Gather and prioritize product requirements and features based on customer feedback and market analysis
- Work closely with business leaders, process experts, and development teams to ensure successful product launches
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product milestones
- Collaborate with North American business units to align digital product initiatives with overall business goals
- Leverage AI capabilities to enhance product features to enable sales growth and operational productivity
- Act as the primary point of contact for all digital product-related inquiries and issues
- Location options include Charlotte, Atlanta, or CIB.
