Position Summary :
Our Global Product Cybersecurity team ensures secure by design products, services and solutions. As part of this mission, we are hiring and empowering persons to help us secure Carrier's solutions for our customers.
As a Product Security ArchitectEngineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing securesecuring Carrier products be they cloud solutions or devices sitting at customer sites. cloud solutions to protect our organization's You will help protect our customer's sensitive information and assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust security architectures, policies, and procedures across our products and solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Support a Product Security Incident Response project Become an expert in various types of security tools used in software development such as Static Application Security Testing and Software Composition Analysis tools
- Implement and perform threat analysis on products, services or solutionsTo create automation solutions that allow Carrier product engineers to develop software with both greater security and velocity
- Implement and advice on DevSecOps and good software development practices
- Evaluate, test and deploy security software development tools
- Design and implement secure cloud architectures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats within cloud environmentsto Carrier products.
- Develop and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risks and protect data.
- Provide guidance and support to development and operations teams on secure cloud deployment practices.
- Implement security controls and monitoring tools to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.
- Stay up to date on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies in the cloud computing space.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and priorities for cloud projects and initiatives.
- Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
