About this position
In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers with credits and debits that were claimed due to shipping issues, product damage, returns or pricing differences. You will be assisting the customer with their questions and providing options and alternatives tailored to the situation. In addition, you will work in a fast-paced environment where you will leverage leadership, decision-making abilities and technical aptitude.
Other Responsibilities Include :
- Investigate and process claims efficiently and accurately.
- Assist distributors with claims questions and issues as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Learn and adapt to new processes and work in different queues as needed.
- Exhibit process curiosity and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Work on assigned projects and deliver results promptly.
