View Point Health’s GRAN Recovery Center is a 28-day Intensive Residential Addiction treatment program. With an emphasis on maintaining a positive therapeutic community, treatment interventions focus on promoting abstinence from substance use, shifting from addictive behaviors and effecting change in the individuals’ lifestyle, attitudes and values. We are looking for a Residential Care Provider to join our multi-disciplinary team to monitor general client activity, observe and report behaviors of Adult clients with a substance use disorder and/or co-occurring mental health in an intensive residential treatment facility. The position requires flexibility in job tasks and scheduling to accommodate needs of the facility to include some weekend and evening coverage. This facility requires alternating holiday coverage between all staff.
Under direct supervision, assists with daily living activities at the person's home, in a daytime non-residential facility or a residential facility. Provides training of basic personal and social skills, simple academics, or work skills to consumers/students in a state school, hospital, juvenile detention facility, residence, group home, workshop, or supported employment environment.
The Residential Care Provider monitors general resident activity to observe and report behavior/progress of individuals with severe developmental disabilities living in a group home or other community residential setting and provides individualized skills trainings according to residents’ needs.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED AND any combination of training and experience, which would have enabled the applicant to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Note: Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
