Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering Clean Linens and Supplies: Assist with delivering clean linens, towels, and other supplies to guest rooms.
- Restocking Housekeeping Carts and Maintaining Inventory: Restock housekeeping carts and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Cleaning Public Areas: Clean and maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, and lobbies.
- Maintaining Assigned Areas: Empty trash and maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Providing Excellent Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Supporting Special Projects: Support the housekeeping team with special projects and deep cleaning tasks.
- Ensuring Safety and Sanitation Standards: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and healthy environment.
- Collaborating with the Housekeeping Team: Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient operations.
- Previous Housekeeping Experience: Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
