Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities :
- Develop, design, execute, and monitor marketing and promotional strategies to support company growth
- Define a clear and executable plan for marketing content and social media marketing, including LinkedIn
- Develop, protect, and maintain a successful public image and brand persona for sustainable advantage against our competitors and attract prospective customers and business partners
- Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics of our marketing strategy; create forecast models that will determine the targets by which the team will measure performance and will partner with leadership on to make recommendations on strategy
- Collaborate with teams to develop successful strategies and campaigns designed to attract new customers (leads) and retain and grow business with current clientele
- Ensure alignment of all marketing and advertising activities with company core values and objectives, and consistency of best-in-class customer experience and messaging throughout all offerings and services
