Installation Administrator

Job Summary: Installation Administrator is responsible for administrating installation work orders and invoices for regions utilizing local certified installers. Additionally Install Administrators are responsible for maintaining any and all Installer resources and documents through compliance software systems . Offer hands-on assistance and training. This role will also perform the same for local builders that provide their own teams for installation.

Job Summary: Installation Administrator is responsible for administrating installation work orders and invoices for regions utilizing local certified installers. Additionally Install Administrators are responsible for maintaining any and all Installer resources and documents through compliance software systems . Offer hands-on assistance and training. This role will also perform the same for local builders that provide their own teams for installation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee certified installer invoice management. Work alongside project management teams and accounting to qualify certified installer payments.
- Keep compliance software systems up to date with Installers documents
- Run Installer Extra Parts or (pack out program) along with installer sales support
- Work with local field managers to assign installers and create installation work orders as necessary.
- When assigned, be a resource in the field for local installers, and builders.
- Help with local and onsite training.
- Assist project coordinators, or project managers when necessary.
- Train teams as needed on product or installation.
- Help with Customer success needs and Territory development with installers
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to travel, and drive long distances

- Knowledge of Viewrail Product and Applications
- Ability to communication in Spanish
