Facilities Maintenance Technician

Please note this Position Requires relocation to Doha, Qatar

Viewsoft, Inc. is hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide structural maintenance support at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. This position supports the U.S. Government in maintaining mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general repairs and renovations on facility systems.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, locksmithing, and welding work.
• Remodel and repair building interiors and exteriors.
• Maintain plumbing infrastructure (water, sewage, wastewater).
• Collaborate with other trades and engineering teams.
• Inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Use blueprints and specs for accurate execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (in-scope)
• 5 years of facilities maintenance experience
• Skilled in plumbing, carpentry, and sheet metal repairs
• Experience using hand/power tools safely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or Army operations

Work Environment

• Indoors/outdoors, high temps, dust exposure
• Must lift 50 lbs and operate trade tools
• PPE required (head, eye, hand, respiratory, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
