What You’ll Do: Oversee Financial Operations & Reporting
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Generate accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss (P&L), balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and business growth.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Drive Financial Strategy & Compliance
- Maintain 100% compliance with tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial policies.
- Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage payroll processing, tax filings, and all regulatory reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors, tax professionals, and CPAs to optimize financial practices.
Optimize Processes & Systems
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Leverage technology and automation to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
Support Leadership & Collaboration
- Work directly with the CEO and executive team, providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Mentor and oversee the billing team and billing supervisor, ensuring streamlined billing operations.
- Participate in management meetings, offering valuable financial updates and strategic advice.

What We’re Looking For
Proven Expertise – Experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar financial leadership role.
Tech-Savvy – Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or equivalent accounting software.
Financial Acumen – Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and tax laws.
Detail-Oriented & Analytical – Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
Communication & Collaboration – Ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Experience in Healthcare or Similar Industry – Preferred but not required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the CEO and collaborates with the executive team and department heads to ensure financial transparency, compliance, and strategic alignment.
