What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at Vigilante Coffee?

We don’t take ourselves seriously but we take the coffee seriously - your job at Vigilante Coffee will be ensuring our customers receive a world class coffee experience. Since we source our coffees directly and roast on both coasts of the United States, we are in a unique position to bring an unparalleled coffee experience to our community.
All baristas start on Point of Sale & Food Prep and progress through training based on performance to become a certified Vigilante Coffee Barista.
*must have prior food service or coffee experience to be considered*
Starting pay on average our baristas make $20-$23/hr (which includes tips)
