Position: UI Designer (Figma Black Belt)
Location: NYC
Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension.
Job Description
UI designer with experience using Figma s advanced capabilities including variables, variable modes, components, variants, branching, publishing libraries, and more. This designer will work within an advanced design system with a group of other designers creating new components, documentation, and reviewing enhancement requests.
Responsibilities:
- Design new components
- Improve on existing components
- Create POCs using Figma s advanced features
- Attend daily standups and other scrum ceremonies
- Work closely with dev team to hand over design work
- Train new users
Required Skills:
- Figma black belt
- Bachelor s degree in design
- 3 years-experience working with design systems
