Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office. The Entry-Level Operations Specialist will play a vital role in supporting our client campaigns on platforms such as Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack, Networx, Nextdoor, and more. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative team setting and is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management :

Set up, monitor, and optimize client campaigns across multiple lead generation platforms.

Ensure campaigns are running effectively by analyzing performance metrics and making adjustments as needed.

Client Support :

Assist in onboarding new clients by gathering required information and setting up accounts.

Respond to client inquiries related to campaign performance, budgets, and lead quality.

Data Entry & Reporting :

Maintain accurate records of campaign performance and updates in internal systems.

Prepare detailed reports for internal and client review, highlighting key metrics and performance trends.

Collaboration :

Work closely with team members to share insights and ensure consistent campaign success.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of client goals.

Quality Control :

Review and verify campaign settings, budgets, and lead flows to ensure all accounts are aligned with client objectives.

Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise in campaigns or platform integrations.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent education required

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with platforms such as Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack, Networx, or Nextdoor is a plus but not required.

Experience in customer service, administrative roles, or marketing support is an advantage.
