Position Overview
This is a full-time on-site position in our Scottsdale office. The Account Manager will establish and cultivate relationships with VIIRL’s clients. As the first line of communication with our clients, Account Managers will have a strong understanding of our sales process, how to manage client expectations, and excel at building and maintaining relationships that set our clients up for success. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication and sales skills and can showcase our offerings clearly and compellingly.
Key Responsibilities
• Comprehensive understanding of all pricing of VIIRL products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client launches
• Building and explaining custom reports from VIIRL’s platform suite
• Build long-term relationships with clients from onboarding to advising them throughout customer lifecycle
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients optimize products and services
• Analyze sales KPIs, trends, growth/lost business, upsell opportunities and provide recommendations for improvements
• Serve as brand ambassador for existing and new products, developing tailored sales pitches to each client
• Maintain and grow sales by identifying new upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain a low churn rate by identifying at-risk clients, resolving conflicts, and advising clients until they find success
• Partner with sales and operations teams to define a strategic plan and execute high performing campaigns for clients
• Present KPIs to managers and consistently meet deadlines, remain within budget and hit sales quotas
• Use CRM software to maintain database of current client information
Qualifications
• 3 years working in sales, account management or project management
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, such as Yelp, Google Ads, Facebook, Thumbtack, and Angi’s List
• Client Account Management and relationship building skills
• Proven track record of exceeding growth goals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail
