Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls and routing them appropriately, making sure voicemail is acceptable and, if not, offering alternatives.
- Greeting and directing visitors
- Creating/processing purchase orders
- Managing office supply inventory and purchases.
- Processing invoices for accounts payables for general office expenses.
- Other duties as assigned and as the business needs adjust.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Experience creating and processing purchase orders preferred
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, ability to be resourceful and proactive when completing duties
- Willingness to assist with miscellaneous projects as needed.
- 2-5 years of experience in front desk/administrative role required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
