Warehouse Team Member - Production

• $1,000* Sign-on Bonus to be paid out in two installments ($500 after 6 months, $500 after 12 months)

New hires who show proof of Covid-19 vaccination or get a vaccination within two weeks of their start date earn a $50 bonus* (paid after 6 months of employment)

Hourly pay rate: $15.50 per hour with annual raises, plus $1,000* sign-on bonus, plus annual year-end bonus, and profit-sharing contributions to a retirement account

Warehouse Team Member-Production Duties:

Day shift

• Fill containers, pails, drums, and totes with chemicals (the chemicals are corrosive, non-corrosive, solvents, etc.)
• Occasionally blend/dilute a liquid chemical following a formula/blend sheet and then fill it into containers
• Inspect, clean, and prep all containers as well as weigh the chemical as it is being filled
• Maintain your equipment and clean work area on a daily basis
• Operate a forklift

Requirements:

• Candidates must be able to lift 70 lbs minimum
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Must be able to walk and stand for long periods
• Must be willing to work with hazardous chemicals (Viking provides personal protective equipment)
