Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and visitors. Candidates should possess strong conflict management skills and be able to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Armed Security/Part time Position
Work Schedule: Every Friday and Saturday from 11pm to 4am.
Compensation:$27/ per hour
Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure safety.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing appropriate assistance as needed.
- Entrance control/ Crowd control.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports on incidents.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred.
- Certification in armed security or relevant training is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with conflict management techniques and surveillance operations.
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid practices is essential.
- Experience with CCTV systems and loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Military background may be beneficial but not required.
