Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Physical Protection Agent to join our security team. We are seeking reliable, professional, and punctual individuals to join our team as event staff for an upcoming event. Duties may include guest check-in, crowd management, vendor assistance, and general support throughout the event
When: April 25, 26 and May 9th
Must have a security License Level 3 or Level 4, 3 years of experience. business professional attire.
Candidates must maintain a professional appearance and excellent personal presentation, appropriate for a client-facing environment
Compensation: Level 3 $25, Level 4 $30 per hour.
Duties
- Enforce the rules
- Entrance Control
- Respond promptly to incidents, including conflicts or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Aid people in need of assistance
- Greet and direct the guest to the right locations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing assistance during investigations.
- Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for management review.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or related fields is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in conflict management or surveillance are a plus.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and the public.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in military service is advantageous but not mandatory.
