What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lien Administrator position at Viking Group?
Responsible for assisting with compliance issues. This position plays a key role in the organization of compliance documentation as required by the Viking SupplyNet Credit Policy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reviews all new jobs setup and sends information to Lien Services for compliance with Preliminary Notice requirements
- Monitors the receipt of Lien Services' paperwork to ensure all notices were properly served
- Maintains filing of all lien paperwork in appropriate place
- Processes lien waivers upon customer request and within stated company service standard
- Aids customers in questions regarding Viking policy regarding lien waivers, etc.
- Is cross-trained in the Address Book area (Credit Coordinator)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Requirements include two years related experience, demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and Office machines.
- Use of Email software and etiquette.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as some Customer Service experience.
