Viking Gymnastics & Dance seeks a dedicated upper-level Girls Competitive Team Coach to join our dynamic team. This position would require evening and weekend hours.

Description of Duties:
- Coach competitive USAG team gymnasts with a focus on skill development and performance enhancement
- Cultivate positive relationships with gymnasts, fellow coaches, and parents
- Attend local, regional, and national meets as required
- Ensure program standards and safety protocols are consistently upheld
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development training
- Coach Recreational and/or Tot classes
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Competitive coaching experience, preferably with USAG Levels 8
- Professional demeanor with kindness and compassion
- Team player mentality, thriving in a collaborative environment
- Punctual and reliable with a high energy level
- Enthusiasm for working with children to nurture confidence and growth
- Familiarity with current best practices in gymnastics coaching
- Open to continuous learning and receptive to feedback
