Expectations:
-Tower construction includes erecting towers, decom, line & antenna, microwave, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installing mounting hardware on tower.
-Time Management Skills, Communicate Effectively, Hardworking and Dependable.
-Career Orientated.
-Willing to travel and stay on the road up to two weeks.
-Have a valid driver’s license.
-Pre-Employment Drug Screen is required.
-Ability to take direction, be organized, and pay attention to detail.
Education:
-Competent Climber Cert
-OSHA 10 or 30 Competent Rigging Cert
-Aerial Lift Cert
-CPR, First Aid and Borne pathogens
-RF Awareness
-Familiarity with test sets including Anritsu, Kaelus, Fiber, Voltmeter and other test equipment.
-Lighting Certs- Flash, TWR, ITL, Dialight, etc, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, & Responsibilities:
-Able to climb, read, identify, and lead while performing a certain task
-Able to think outside the box and provide solutions.
-Able to lead by example and demonstrate quality of work.
-Able to understand blueprints, and instructions for a particular task.
-Listen and take directions while communicating effectively with the team, supervisor, manager and customer.
Physical:
The candidate will be required to lift, pull, climb, test, and rig while demonstrating safe practices 100% of the time. It is not uncommon to work at heights over 100ft and be expected to do quality work for our customers at this elevation.
Work Environment:
The work is 95% done outside and the weather elements can be difficult to adjust too. You will be working outside in the rain, snow and sun. And due to site locations, rooftops, water tanks, towers, buildings, elevated structures, and billboards the weather can be inconsistent. Something you will be expected to be prepared for. Due to the weather conditions and the hazards, they cause, you will be asked to practice, demonstrate, and talk about safe practices, making sure you and your crew are always kept safe from any hazards. Work hours can fluctuate. It is common to put in a 10-hour workday on site.

Short Term and Long-Term disability opportunities, along with 401K 4% matching. You will be paid seven holidays throughout the work year. At your 90 day you will receive 40 hrs and at your one-year performance review, you will receive and additional 40 hrs towards your PTO. You will be paid $35.00 per diem for your time traveling for work and 100% while you travel. You will also be eligible for bonuses twice a year along with a tenure bonus each year in the month of December.
