Job Description:
The Quality Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for coordinating quality assurance activities, conducting audits, implementing process improvements, and supporting compliance with industry and company-specific quality policies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvements.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
KRA #1 Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure that all products, processes, and services adhere to company and regulatory quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with relevant industry regulations, such as ISO, GMP, or other applicable quality standards.
- Develop and update quality policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices.
KRA #2 Process Improvement & Standardization
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in quality control and operational processes.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance quality control procedures and ensure consistency across operations.
KRA #3 Auditing & Reporting
- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Track and analyze key quality metrics, preparing reports for management review.
- Investigate and document non-conformities, initiating corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness.
KRA #4 Training & Development
- Train employees on quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops to promote a culture of quality awareness.
- Provide guidance and support to teams on quality-related issues and problem-solving.
KRA #5 Customer & Supplier Quality Management
- Address and resolve customer complaints and quality-related concerns.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality expectations and standards are met.
- Conduct supplier quality assessments and performance evaluations, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or GMP.
- Experience conducting audits, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and document control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and drive operational efficiency.
Desired Skills:
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Proficiency in quality management software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and priorities.
