Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the packaging technologies market.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Parts Sales: Manage spare parts inquiries and sales, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in packaging solutions.
- Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Order Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication.
- After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale assistance, including troubleshooting and recommending parts or upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging technologies or industrial equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and spare parts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.
