Entry Level Tower Crane Erector

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and labor-oriented Entry Level Crane Erector/Rigger to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in Construction Tower Cranes . As an Entry Level Crane Erector, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly and dismantling of cranes at various heights, on various job sites around the United States, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the process. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in the construction Tower Crane industry while working alongside skilled professionals. Candidate must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass an OBSERVED drug screening at a medical facility. Candidate must have a valid driver's license, as driving to the various jobsites is part of the job description. Candidate must live within 1 hour driving distance from the home office located in Waco, Ga as this will be the meet up destination for traveling. We travel as a team in a company vehicle and share the driving responsibilities.

Extensive traveling is REQUIRED!

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of cranes at job sites.
• Working at heights from 100' -700' .
• Collaborate with fellow Co-Riggers.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on Rigging equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site enviroment at all times.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to minimize risk on site.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in Rigging.

Experience

• This is an entry level position, we will provide access to an OSHA 10 Qualification and a Fall Protection from Heights Qualification within 90 days. On the job training as well as Rigging Qualification will be offered.
• Basic understanding of commercial driving principles; a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in construction or related fields is beneficial but not required.
