Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the ranch, including feeding and sanitizing areas.
- Assist with the grow-out program by setting up brooding, monitoring temperatures, ventilation, and vaccination schedules.
- Coordinate feed deliveries and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Support the maintenance of facilities and equipment to optimize their usage and appearance.
- Participate in maintaining sanitation procedures and reporting any issues to the Ranch Manager or Field Supervisor.
