General Labor Job Description
Twelve immediate openings exist for General Labor positions in Kingsburg, California. The job requires reliable transportation and availability to work the entire duration of the assignment.
Daily Duties:
- Picking stems
- Stacking 30-pound boxes
- Applying labels
- Dumping 30-pound cases of ingredients
- Repacking products
- Relieving machine operators for breaks
Production Responsibilities:
- Assist with product flow
- Manually pack and/or palletize cases and pans
- Manually form cases and apply labels
- Prepare cases for sealing
- Assist Line Operators as directed
- Relieve co-workers as directed by supervisory personnel
- Communicate effectively with Operators, Crew Leaders, and Salvage Coordinators
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work Environment:
The department is exposed to outside temperatures and is a fast-paced work area. Proper shoes or over-shoes are required due to wet conditions.
Requirements:

- Ability to document work as it is complete
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
