Job Summary:
We have 12 immediate openings for general labor positions in Kingsburg. The assigned tasks may include stem picking, stacking 30-pound boxes, applying labels, dumping 30-pound cases of ingredients, repacking products, and relieving machine operators for breaks.
Daily Duties:
- Assist with product flow
- Manually pack and/or palletize cases and pans
- Manually form cases and apply labels
- Manually prepare cases to be sealed
- Relieve co-workers as directed by supervisory personnel
- Communicate effectively with Operators, Crew Leaders, and Salvage Coordinators
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:
The department is exposed to outside temperatures. Area is wet and requires proper shoes or over-shoes.
Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to document work as it is complete
- Able to lift 30 pounds and stand for long periods
Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
