This Position
Our UX Design team brings ideas to life by creating user-friendly and visually appealing experiences for all our products. As key collaborators with Engineering and Product Management, they shape how users interact with our platform. From concept to launch, the team focuses on building intuitive, high-quality designs that users love and recommend.
Responsibilities
- Design world-class enterprise dashboard experiences that make it easier and faster for our users to run their businesses and visualize complex data.
- Maintain UI design quality and standards across multiple products, by utilizing and contributing to our design systems.
- Design intuitive user experiences while taking localization into account.
- Shape the enterprise platform experiences by prototyping and exploring new ideas.
- Work in a highly collaborative fashion with the design, product, and engineering teams.
- Turn ambiguous problems that our users are facing into concrete solutions.
- Partner closely with our marketing team to ensure UI content is consistent with our brand tone
- Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
- Participate in design reviews and present your work regularly with stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with current UI/UX trends.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Has 5 years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
- Has experience with B2B and/or SaaS interfaces
- UX Design Portfolio showing work samples
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing Cybersecurity products, or designing for risk/compliance
- Experience designing enterprise dashboards/ data visualization experiences
- Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of feasibility and usability
- Skilled in explaining your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders and crave feedback to help you produce your best work
- Comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders regularly
- Enjoys collaborating with other designers to help them learn and grow—and have them help you learn and grow
