We are seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused, and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and provide an interactive experience for customers
- Maintain inventory levels and analyze business trends
- Recruit top talent and train staff on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Implement store operations and processes
- Motivate team to achieve sales goals and uphold luxury clienteling standards
- Mentor team members and monitor development
- Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll
- Utilize company performance tools to evaluate associates and drive individual growth and improvement
- Ensure adherence to operational policies and procedures
- Execute merchandising standards and resolve store maintenance issues
- Monitor accurate cash handling and maintain store safety standards
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of store leadership experience, preferably with luxury brands
- 3 years of experience in the luxury retail space
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- History of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- Results-driven and able to understand and drive store profitability through service
- Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
