Description

Villa Bella Expeditionary seeks a dedicated and adaptable long-term substitute Teacher to join our educational team. This role is crucial in maintaining the continuity of instruction and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education even in the absence of their regular teacher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent classroom management skills, and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments and subjects quickly. As a long-term substitute Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will work closely with other teachers and school staff to ensure educational standards are met, and students remain engaged and motivated. This position requires high flexibility, as you may be called upon to teach various subjects and grade levels.

Additionally, you will need to build rapport with students and create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid teaching certification or 5-year substitute license.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred.
