Job Description
Villa de Vida, Inc. seeks a skilled Operations Manager to support the Executive Director in managing day-to-day operations.
This role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, fundraising, ensuring compliance and building relationships with residents, families and external partners.
- Assist in delivering high-quality care, programs, and services while promoting a supportive and inclusive environment for participants and staff.
- Participate in direct client support, occasionally.
- Participate in Board Meetings as requested.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree or equivalent in social work, administration and human services, or related field.
Duties include:
- Fundraising/marketing/public relations
- Newsletters, websites, public presentations
- Professional affiliations (e.g. Regional Centers and Chamber of Commerce)
- Special events & grant submissions
- Development and Implementation of Vision and Philosophy of Care
- Implementation of policies procedures and guidelines regarding all programs including but not restricted to: Residential Services, Vocational Programs and Day Programs, Resident, Community, and Social Services programs, Financial Oversight
The Operations Manager will be responsible for addressing staff conflicts and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
