What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Summer Programs position at Villa Duchesne?
The Assistant Director of Summer Programs is a seasonal, 4-month, non-exempt position beginning May 1 and ending August 15 reporting to all scheduled Day Camps beginning June 1 and ending July 31. The Assistant Director of Summer Programs is the direct supervisor of the Instructors, Team Leads, Counselors, and Junior Counselors. The Assistant Director will assist in overseeing camp after-care. The required hours for this position are 7:00 am until 3:45 pm, Monday through Friday.
