Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the nursing team to deliver exceptional care to residents.
- Develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures in line with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and assess patient care plans to ensure the highest level of quality and safety.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence within the nursing team.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active state licensure.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
