What are the responsibilities and job description for the Community Relations Director position at Villa Marin Homeowners Association?
The Community Relations Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to cultivate positive relationships with local residents, families, and referral sources, ultimately driving occupancy and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to meet occupancy goals.
- Conduct community tours and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Conduct competitive marketing analysis.
- Manage implementation of CRM
- Nurture leads and build referral sources.
- Create and implement marketing events and programs.
- Develop and maintain a strong community outreach program.
- Community Engagement
- Organize and participate in local events and community meetings.
- Represent the CCRC at local boards and public speaking events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local residents, families, and referral sources.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with the CEO, Sales/Marketing committee and other department heads to plan and execute community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the CEO Sales/Marketing committee to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Work closely with in house realtor and all realtor partners to facilitate the “selling” the community as they are selling the real estate.
- Work with admissions committee to guide prospects all the way through the sales process through to admissions.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up with prospective residents.
- Participate in weekend call coverage in manager rotation.
- Manage social media pages and website.
- Create collateral for marketing use.
- Manage print ad creation and buys

Pay: $79,453.00 - $86,644.00 per year
