Villa Nova Pizzeria is expanding its team and currently seeking dedicated, motivated, and hard-working individuals to join us as a Bartender. We pride ourselves on having excellent craft beers, seasonal cocktails and a great wine selection.
Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in compliance with Villa Nova Pizzeria’s standards and recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety guidelines to ensure responsible service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
