KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Monitor resident health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Assist with medication management under the supervision of medical staff.
- Participate in planning and executing recreational and social activities for residents.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or related certification preferred.
- Previous experience in assisted living, healthcare, or senior care is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must speak English
