As Our Demi Chef De Partie, You Will
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes, showcasing your culinary skills and attention to detail throughout the day.
- Work across various stations in the kitchen, including hot food, cold food, pastry, and more, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all-day dining services.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, specials, and themed dining experiences that cater to the diverse tastes and preferences of our guests.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, while adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Support the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation, station setup, cleanliness, and organization, to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in culinary arts, with exposure to various kitchen stations and all-day dining services.
- Proficiency in a wide range of culinary techniques, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner preparation.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
