Responsibilities
- Greeting and warmly welcoming guests as they arrive at our restaurant, providing personalized attention and ensuring their immediate comfort.
- Assisting guests with seating arrangements, taking into account their preferences and any special requirements they may have.
- Take care of the guest and ensure the cleanliness of their tables.
- Ensure all the relevant procedures are adhered during the operations at a consistent manner.
- Knowledgeable of the resort outlets promotions/opening hours and other guest related information.
- Monitor and record guest movements in the outlet.
- Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a resort or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Energetic with a positive personality and a can-do attitude.
- Excellent team player, committed, and hardworking.
- Can work with a team with minimum supervision.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
